# Review and hand over the final pack

AI Content Creation | Module 20: Finish your content portfolio

## Your goal

Make the files understandable to the next person.

A handover contains final assets, editable sources, captions, access text, source records, and open questions. Use names that show the asset, version, and status.

Check the pack from the recipient perspective. Can they find the latest file, understand what is approved, and see what still needs confirmation? Remove duplicate drafts from the final folder.

A course checklist cannot certify creative quality. Ask a peer or mentor for feedback when possible, record the changes you make, and choose a skill to practise next.

## Source pack

FICTIONAL PRACTICE BRIEF: Green Bench is a student repair club. It runs a free notebook-cover repair workshop on Saturday, 14:00 to 16:00, in Room B. There are 12 places. Learners bring one worn notebook; tools and scrap card are provided. Register using the club form. No date, form URL, access arrangements, impact figures, or testimonials have been supplied. Ask the organiser about missing details before publishing. This is a creative exercise, not a real event.

## Worked example

Write a handover note with file organisation, release status, and next learning steps.

### File organisation

Keep final caption, poster, email, and video storyboard together, with editable sources, transcripts, and the source and permission logs in labelled folders.

### Release status

This fictional pack is ready for portfolio review only. A real release would still require an actual date, approved links, and organiser approval.

### Next improvement

Ask a peer to find the registration action and review the reading order. Record their feedback and revise the least clear asset.
