# Batch work without losing quality

AI Content Creation | Module 17: Plan a realistic content calendar

## Your goal

Group similar tasks and preserve review gates.

Batching means doing similar work together, such as drafting all captions before opening the design editor. This can reduce repeated setup, but it does not remove the need to review each asset.

Use clear states: idea, draft, reviewed, approved, and scheduled. An automated step should not move work past a human approval gate without an agreed process.

If the source changes, pause affected items and update every version. Keep the latest approved source easy to find so old drafts do not slip into the queue.

## Source pack

FICTIONAL PRACTICE BRIEF: Green Bench is a student repair club. It runs a free notebook-cover repair workshop on Saturday, 14:00 to 16:00, in Room B. There are 12 places. Learners bring one worn notebook; tools and scrap card are provided. Register using the club form. No date, form URL, access arrangements, impact figures, or testimonials have been supplied. Ask the organiser about missing details before publishing. This is a creative exercise, not a real event.

## Worked example

Write a two-hour production plan with a clear review gate.

### Batch plan

Spend twenty minutes confirming the brief, forty minutes drafting captions, thirty minutes preparing layouts, and thirty minutes reviewing the full pack.

### Status rules

Mark each asset as draft until its facts, readability, permissions, and next action have been checked by the assigned reviewer.

### Change handling

If the organiser changes the room, pause the queue, update every affected asset, and request another review before scheduling.

## Your work

## Review your work

- [ ] The plan fits the available time.
- [ ] Draft and approved work are separate.

Completeness checks do not assess creative quality or factual accuracy. Review the actual work yourself or with a mentor.
