# Keep an asset and permission log

AI Content Creation | Module 16: Create responsibly and build trust

## Your goal

Know where each part of your content came from.

Keep a record for every image, voice, music track, and quotation. Note who made it, where you found it, what permission you have, and what restrictions need checking.

An AI output is not a permission record. Review tool terms and the source assets you supplied. When rights are unclear, choose your own material or hold the asset for review.

Use fictional or approved information in prompts. Remove personal details from research notes before sharing them with external services. For this exercise, no real client data is needed.

## Source pack

FICTIONAL PRACTICE BRIEF: Green Bench is a student repair club. It runs a free notebook-cover repair workshop on Saturday, 14:00 to 16:00, in Room B. There are 12 places. Learners bring one worn notebook; tools and scrap card are provided. Register using the club form. No date, form URL, access arrangements, impact figures, or testimonials have been supplied. Ask the organiser about missing details before publishing. This is a creative exercise, not a real event.

## Worked example

Create an asset record and a privacy check for your visual pack.

### Asset record

Notebook sketch: drawn by me for this fictional practice pack. Voice: my own narration. No third-party music is included.

### Unresolved permission

A downloaded background photo has no clear permission record. Replace it with my own sketch before using the pack.

### Privacy check

The prompts contain only the fictional source brief. I will remove real names, contact details, and private client information from future practice inputs.

## Your work

Create an asset record and a privacy check for your visual pack.

### Asset record

Write at least 8 words.

### Unresolved permission

Write at least 8 words.

### Privacy check

Write at least 8 words.

## Review your work

- [ ] Every chosen asset has a source record.
- [ ] Unclear permissions are treated as unresolved.
- [ ] The prompt contains no unnecessary private data.

Completeness checks do not assess creative quality or factual accuracy. Review the actual work yourself or with a mentor.
